If you’re hiring a key role in your business with a salary of over £35,000 you could be eligible for the Executive Placement Scheme plus a grant of up to 15% for the applicant’s first year’s salary.
Get ongoing support from our Executive Placement Development Coach Sara Webb to ensure the transition and integration of the role is effective.
The Executive Placement Scheme can work with with you to:
• Design a project plan and identify key roles required
• Help define the role/job spec
• Support in creating a shortlist of candidates
• Facilitate interviews and assessment centres
• Coach new employee(s) one-to-one
We also offer eligible clients a grant of up to 15% for the new employee’s salary for the first 12 months.
